 BRC Family, LLC (BRCF) is a locally owned and operated general contractor with an established history in building, marketing and selling over hundreds of homes, primarily in Pierce County. As a proud member of the Master Builders Association, we utilize local sub-contractors and suppliers which helps support our local community/economy. We are a full service company, specializing in new home construction and real estate development, but also working directly with your Realtor® to ensure a smooth transaction. Our team is committed to consistent standards of quality workmanship in our construction, followed up with integrity, flexibility and communication in all we do.
